The chili plants are doing great. After a first harvest they are now producing more fruits than ever.
We pick them when red, and use them fresh as much as we can.
But also dry them for later use. They take on such a stunning deep red color when dried. To use again, I just put them in warm water for a minute and then use as normal.
And the crazy ghost pepper? It has loads and more loads of fruits coming alone, this being the biggest one so far though.
