Monday Morning: Yeasted waffles.

 These are my favourite waffles, because the taste is so simple yet complex. The yeast gives them this whole new dimension, and the texture is just bloody perfect. I like to eat them with vegan butter only, and sometimes with a bit of jam on top as well. The recipe comes from the book Vegan Brunch, a book really recommend for everyone.
