October is here - and so is Vegan Month of Food 2011! It's a month when people all over the world will focus on blogging about vegan food, read more about it here. Vegan MoFo is fun, and has a special meaning to me since it's what got me to start my blog last year. I had so much fun and have (obviously) kept blogging since.
This year I do not aim to post every single day like last year, but will do at least the weekdays. I do not have a theme, but hope that you will like my posts anyway. I've planned almost all of them, with a few goals in mind: eating less boring breakfasts, using all the berries I've been picking this year, cooking what I've bookmarked on Pinterest and cooking recipes from Appetite for Reduction. I think it will be a lot of fun!
More than posting myself, I also aim to read as many of other peoples posts as possible, and comment as much as I can. Will you blog as well? Let me know so I can read your blog!
