A bowl of kale and a mini cake


















 

I'm taking full advantage of the kale while it's in stores, this giant bowl of it got turned into a salad today.




















This little cake above might be ugly, but it was SO GOOD. It's the chocolate cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, made in a spring form and cut into rounds, topped with vanilla frosting and crushed candy canes.
