Kale salad

Kale is finally available in most supermarkets and I buy as much as I can fit into the fridge. I love the raw kale squeezed to tenderness so that's how I've been eating it mostly. Mixed up with lemon, garlic, sriracha, olive oil and tahini, it's the perfect salad. Mix some bulgur in to that and you have a perfect lunch. This, and loads of clementines makes the darkness bearable.

I've got to pieces of advice for you; eat your greens and grow a moustache (it will keep you warm through the winter).
