Vegan MoFo week 2 is coming to an end and it's time to share the love. There have been so many great posts about lovely food that makes my stomach growl.
For example:
- The most beautiful cheesecake ever by Wholly Vegan.
- Empanadas made by Cupcake Kitteh.
- Chocolate-hazelnut praline lava cakes by North Vancouver Vegan. Just look at these.

My second MoFo week:
New Food Monday: I made gumbo and used okra for the first time ever.
Lingonberry Tuesday: I made raggmunk, a kind of potato pancake.
Chili Pepper Wednesday: I made buffalo tempeh using fresh chili peppers.
Chopped Thursday: I was the game maker and Martin got to cook with bananas amongst other things.
Family Friday: I told you about my grandfather and his love for ice cream.
Saturday morning scones: I made some lovely scones with oats and fresh red currants.
