I've had mixed baby lettuce slowly growing on the balcony for a while now and yesterday was the first time we harvested some of them for dinner. Very tender and delicious, I dressed them with a raspberry lime vinaigrette (recipe from Veganomicon) which turned out to be the perfect companion.
